Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to your account, course purchases and use of goxen.io.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

General policy information, not legal advice. These template policies should be reviewed by a qualified professional. Applicable consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.

1. Our service

goxen.io provides digital educational courses and a learning portal with lessons, assignments, assessments, progress tracking and, where offered for a specific course, live sessions. The operator can be contacted at admin@algonit.com, at Flat 2, DABC Euphorbia phase 1, Polacheri, Chennai. Course contents, price, access conditions and any advertised schedule are described on the individual course page. Features may vary by course.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information and keep your login details private. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase directly; a parent or legal guardian must authorize purchases and supervise use by a younger learner. Do not share, transfer or sell your account. Contact us if you believe someone else is using it.

3. Prices and payments

Paid courses are purchased individually through Razorpay. Prices and currency are displayed before payment; the final checkout amount is the amount payable. INR prices use Indian rupees. Do not complete checkout if the amount or currency differs from the course information. These course purchases are one-time payments, not automatically renewing subscriptions.

Access is granted after server-side confirmation of a captured payment. A failed or cancelled checkout does not grant paid access. If your bank shows a debit but access is not granted, email us with your payment/order reference. Never send full card details, passwords or OTPs.

4. Digital delivery and course access

Lessons are delivered online to the purchasing account, not shipped physically. Read our Digital Delivery Policy. Access is subject to any duration or conditions shown before purchase. We do not promise indefinite access unless a course expressly includes it. Reasonable maintenance, updates or provider outages can temporarily affect availability.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains eligibility, the 7-day request window, completion threshold and processing times. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by that policy.

6. Responsible use and content ownership

Use the portal lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass other learners, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person's work as your own, or redistribute paid course materials without permission. Course content remains the property of its respective owners; enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable right to study it.

You retain ownership of your original submissions. You permit us to store, display to authorized instructors, assess and provide feedback on your submissions as needed to deliver the course. Course discussions may be visible to other enrolled learners. Do not post confidential or personal information in shared discussions.

7. Educational outcomes and AI assistance

Course completion, employment, internships, income or examination results are not guaranteed merely by purchase. Any specific eligibility requirements for an advertised opportunity must be met. AI tutor answers can contain errors and should be checked against course materials; they are not professional, financial, medical or legal advice.

8. Suspension and closure

We may restrict access for payment fraud, security risks or material violations of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow you to respond. Contact admin@algonit.com to request account closure or discuss an access restriction. Any refund or data-retention obligations continue to apply.

9. Privacy and responsibility

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data. We take reasonable steps to operate the service, but no website can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary service-related claims is limited to the fees you paid for the affected course. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory remedies.

10. Changes, concerns and applicable law

We may update these terms with a revised date and provide notice of material changes through the website or account contact details. Updated terms do not retrospectively remove an existing refund entitlement. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory laws and consumer rights applicable to you. Contact admin@algonit.com first to resolve a concern; this does not prevent you from using legally available complaint or dispute-resolution channels.
